Shipping and Return and Exchange Policies
1- The customer has the right to return or exchange the product purchased from the store within 30 days from the date of receipt of the product.
2- To return or exchange a product, the product must be in good condition and the customer must not have used the product or benefited from it. The store has the right to inspect the product before exchanging it to ensure its integrity.
3- Products must be returned to the same store mentioned on the invoice. The company may, with the customer's consent, collect the products from the customer and return them in exchange for deducting the return shipping cost from the customer.
4- The customer bears the costs incurred in the return process.
The consumer does not have the right to return or exchange the product in the following cases:
1- If the product was manufactured at the customer's request or according to specifications determined by the customer, except for products that have a defect or that do not comply with the specifications determined by the customer.
2- If a defect appears in the product as a result of improper storage by the customer.
3- If the product has been dyed using dyeing machines.
